Wait 4 Your Mate offers a variety of programs to help you make a difference in the lives of your students. What more could you do?
- Expanded curriculum: we now offer programs up to 10 days long! Consider expanding the role we play in your students' health curriculum. (For more information, see Curriculum Overview.)
- Parent Workshops: don't miss out on the opportunity to bring parents into the picture. Consider hosting a parent night and inviting Wait 4 Your Mate to present on sexual health and raising abstinent teens. Great for small classroom groups, PTA councils, or district wide events.
- Nurse partnerships: We would love to be a resource to your school's health center and provide information, support, and material resources to help your students avoid pregnancy and STDs.

I thought the program was very successful and very helpful in not only my decision and over view about sex, but hopefully my classmates as well. I strongly feel ... that sex is very sacred, especially to a female. I am not willing to give up my body and my affection to somebody at such a young age, and with a person I am not certain I will be spending the rest of my life with. I completely agree 200% with every piece of info that was presented. I hope the program will change and affect teens thinking about having sex.
